Seven Baobabs

Tanzania has a long coffee tradition and significant potential, yet its coffees remain relatively rare. Its coffee scene is more traditional, with traditional varieties and less industry. Tanzanian coffees are often associated with dried plum, a characteristic flavour that appears alongside blood orange, cherry and peach in this cup.

This lot comes from one of the first cooperatives in southern Tanzania to adopt fully centralised coffee processing, a decision that helped raise the quality standard across the region. Today, their coffees are regarded as a benchmark for southern Tanzanian coffee.
