Information
Guji is one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Its high elevations, heirloom Arabica varieties and forested landscape are known for producing bright, floral and juicy coffees. Yet this level of clarity is never a given in Ethiopian coffee. That’s what we value most about this lot. Rather than chasing extravagance, it is a proper, classic Guji – clean, round and tea-like, with a straight profile, beautiful balance and every element in its proper place.
