1. General Provisions
These Purchase Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. They define the rights and obligations of both parties, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedures for delivery and returns, the parties’ liability, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods through the online store at www.huracan.lt.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer, after adding products to the shopping cart, providing the delivery address, selecting a payment method, reviewing these Terms, and clicking the “Buy” button, submits the order.
2. Personal Data Protection
When ordering goods through the online store www.huracan.lt, the Buyer must provide the information requested during checkout, including their first name, last name, address, and email address.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the purchase process.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees to receive informational emails necessary for processing and completing the order.
The Buyer’s personal data may only be processed for marketing purposes if the Buyer has expressly given their consent.
The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except where required by competent public authorities under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the Buyer’s separate written consent.
3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept delivery of the goods.
The Buyer must provide complete and accurate information in the checkout form. If inaccurate, false, or misleading information is provided, www.huracan.lt reserves the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the submitted data.
If the Buyer’s information changes after placing an order, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
The Buyer has the right to refuse or return goods in accordance with the Product Return Policy.
By placing an order through www.huracan.lt, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Terms and all applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
The Seller undertakes to provide all necessary conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services offered by the online store www.huracan.lt.
If the Buyer attempts to compromise the stability or security of the online store or otherwise violates these Terms, the Seller has the right, without prior notice, to restrict or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store.
The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy regarding the personal information provided during the purchase process and shall not transfer such information to third parties, except as provided in these Terms or by law.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
The Seller may suspend or terminate the operation of the online store due to important circumstances without prior notice to the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally.
If the Buyer continues using the services of www.huracan.lt after amendments to these Terms become effective, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
5. Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure and Deadlines
The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders are accepted exclusively through the online store www.huracan.lt.
All prices displayed in the online store are shown in euros (EUR), including VAT, and may also be displayed in other currencies, including VAT where applicable.
The Buyer must complete payment within three (3) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. Preparation of the shipment begins only after payment has been received.
If payment is not received within three (3) calendar days, the order will be cancelled automatically.
6. Delivery of Goods
The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
The Buyer undertakes to accept delivery personally. If the Buyer is unable to receive the goods personally but the goods have been delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer may not submit claims against the Seller regarding delivery to an unauthorized person.
The goods are not kept in stock. Therefore, production and delivery take approximately 5–10 business days from confirmation of payment. In exceptional cases (for example, following promotional campaigns), delivery may take longer.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery if such delays occur due to the Buyer’s actions or circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, contains incorrect products, an incorrect quantity of goods, or an incomplete order.
The Buyer must send photographs of the damaged shipment and/or products to the Seller by email.
7. Product Quality and Warranty
Information about the products sold through www.huracan.lt is provided in each product description.
The quantities shown in product images may not correspond to the quantity included in the listed price. Product quantities are specified in the product description. Product colours may vary slightly depending on the Buyer’s monitor settings.
The Seller may provide a quality warranty for certain products. Where applicable, the warranty period and conditions are specified in the respective product description.
8. Marketing and Information
The Seller may organize promotions and special offers through the online store www.huracan.lt.
The Seller reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions without prior notice. Any changes or termination become effective immediately upon publication.
The Seller shall send notifications to the Buyer using the email address provided during checkout.
The Buyer may send inquiries or notices using the contact information provided in the “Contacts” section of the online store.
The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive informational or confirmation emails due to internet connection issues, email service provider failures, messages being filtered as spam, or incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only under the conditions specified in Section 2.4 of these Terms.
9. Final Provisions
These Purchase Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Payment options depend on the delivery method selected.
1. PAYMENT FOR GOODS DELIVERED TO YOUR CHOSEN ADDRESS
1.1 Payment Procedure
1.1.1 Complete your order and click “Payment”. Choose whether you are purchasing as a registered customer or as a guest, and whether you are purchasing as a private individual or a legal entity.
1.1.2 Complete the required billing information, including your first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address.
1.1.3 Select your preferred delivery address.
1.1.4 Choose one of the available payment methods:
1.1.5 After confirming payment, the online banking page will close automatically, and you will be redirected back to huracan.lt. Your online banking login credentials are used only for authentication with your bank and are never transmitted to huracan.lt.
2. PAYMENT FOR GOODS DELIVERED TO OMNIVA OR DPD PICK-UP PARCEL LOCKERS
2.1 Payment Procedure
2.1.1 Complete your order and click “Payment”. Choose whether you are purchasing as a registered customer or as a guest, and whether you are purchasing as a private individual or a legal entity.
2.1.2 Complete the required billing information, including your first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address.
2.1.3 Select your preferred Omniva or DPD Pick-up parcel locker.
2.1.4 Choose one of the following payment methods:
2.1.5 Once payment has been confirmed, you will be redirected back to huracan.lt. Your banking login credentials are never shared with the online store.
3. PAYMENT FOR GOODS COLLECTED AT THE HURACAN COFFEE CAFÉ-STORE
3.1 Payment Procedure
3.1.1 Complete your order and click “Payment”. Choose whether you are purchasing as a registered customer or as a guest, and whether you are purchasing as a private individual or as a legal entity.
3.1.2 Complete the required billing information, including your first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address.
3.1.3 Select collection at the Huracan Coffee Café-Store, Kedrų g. 5, Vilnius. Orders may be collected during business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
3.1.4 Choose one of the available payment methods:
Important: If you choose to pay by advance invoice, you must notify us by email once payment has been completed at info@huracan.lt.
3.1.5 After payment confirmation, you will be redirected back to huracan.lt. Your online banking credentials are used solely to authenticate with your bank and are not transferred to the online store.
