About the product
Plum and juicy blackberry lead the cup, bright at first, then richer and jammy. Black tea notes sit within a structured cup, with cacao nibs adding depth and a long, coating finish.
“Natural” is one of coffee’s oldest processing methods: the coffee cherry is dried whole, with the fruit still around the seed. It is a simple idea, but a demanding one. Done carefully, it brings sweetness, ripe fruit and aromatic depth while keeping the cup clean and articulate. There is plenty of fruit here, but nothing feels pushed. Clarity is what makes you take another sip.
