Huracan Coffee was born out of curiosity. Not to follow what’s popular – but to understand what lies beneath – beyond flavour, beyond harvests, beyond origin. Our strength lies in the coffee list itself. Not an attempt to cover everything – but a selection that says what matters. A curated program that works like a good film festival – guided by thought, not by trend. It expands taste instead of chasing it. It reflects what’s relevant – in coffee farms and in culture. It invites you to go deeper: to distinguish what’s true from what’s performative, to explore processes, to understand context. To witness what shapes the world of specialty coffee today – progress, challenges, change, sustainability.
These are always limited lots. Sometimes a few hundred kilos, sometimes just a few dozen. Not because we chase exclusivity – but because great coffee is often fragile by nature. Once gone, it cannot be replicated. This takes time. Patience. And sometimes – just being in the right place at the right time. Behind every selection: years of experience, focused exploration, travel, knowledge, and trust-based relationships with growers.
Each coffee is a discovery. Each season – a story worth hearing. When you’re not looking for just another cup, but for meaning – coffee becomes more than a drink. It becomes a journey.
