No thickeners. No flavorings. No milk powder. Just craft-roasted, single-origin Venezuelan cacao, pure cane sugar, and cacao butter – that’s it.
We use Criollo & Trinitario cacao beans: naturally low in bitterness, with buttery notes, hazelnut, and red berries. Sourced from Sur del Lago, a legendary cacao-growing region nestled by Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela. Sur del Lago is one of the world’s oldest terroirs for fine cacao, thriving under tall jungle trees, tropical heat, and abundant water.
How to make it
Brew it your way – dark or with milk. Gently whisk our chopped chocolate into water or milk and warm slowly over low heat. Don’t rush: as it heats, the texture turns silky and lush – that’s when it’s ready.
